I have a saying that I find absolutely true.
"Regret Nothing!"
Why do I love this saying? I look at it this way. Every single thing that I have ever done, said, thought, came up with, ext... has lead me to this point in my life. I dont have the best life but I love what I have and wouldn't change it. Therefore I regret nothing!
